Why only 3 clients a month?

Because this is operator-run, not agency-run. The founder and a senior partner are on your account. We review your content. We write your briefs. 3 clients a month is the ceiling for that level of involvement. If you want an account manager, there are 15 other agencies happy to give you one.

How do I know if we're a fit?

You'll have a live product, real users, and you'll care about retention, not just reach. The application and the call exist so we both find out before anyone commits. If it isn't a fit, we'll tell you, and we'll usually point you somewhere better.

Why don't you publish your pricing?

Because the right number depends on your stage, your scope, and what you actually need. We scope every engagement on a call, so you never overpay for what you don't need or underbuy what you do. If a fixed price sheet matters more to you than fit, we're probably not your team.

Are creator fees included?

Yes. Creator sourcing, matching, briefing, and management all sit inside the engagement. No surprise pass-through invoices.

Why don't I just hire creators myself?

You can. What's hard to build in-house is the system that makes them repeatable: the VSC framework, the brief structure, the weekly testing loop, and an operator who has scaled this before. That's what you're hiring, not just creators.

Do you only work with apps?

Currently yes, consumer apps and app-first DTC brands. We understand the install → activate → retain funnel. Pure e-commerce is not our focus.

Do I need existing UGC or a creator network?

No. We handle creator sourcing, matching, briefing, and management end-to-end.

What if we already have a content team?

We work alongside internal teams. We own the UGC layer specifically, and we make your team look good doing it.

What results should I expect, and when?

Do you offer a trial or test period?
